At After Diamonds, we are committed to the quality of our diamond jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. The following policy outlines our simple and transparent process.
General Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange.
To begin the process, please contact us at help@afterdiamonds.com for detailed return instructions. This allows us to track your purchase and guide you through the return process smoothly.
When returning an item, please ensure it is in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for safely returning your jewelry.
Please note that engraved items and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges
While we want to make returns as easy as possible, certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

Outsized Rings – We accept returns on unused rings in U.S. sizes 4 through 8.5. Rings outside of this size range cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wedding Bands – Returns or refunds are not accepted on wedding bands for men or women.

Eternity Rings – Select eternity rings are final sale due to their custom design.

Engraved Items – Personalized or engraved products cannot be returned.

Made-to-Order Items – Altered or custom-made jewelry is non-refundable.
Of course, if any item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
